Resolved

We are currently experiencing issues with 3D Secure authentication affecting card processing due to a failure in a downstream provider.

This has caused cardholder present transactions to fail with card not enrolled errors. The upstream provider has recovered as of 06:15, and transactions are flowing successfully again.
