The primary transaction updates have now been processed. We continue to monitor secondary processes.

Update

We are continuing to monitor recovery. Approximately 70% of the delayed transaction updates have now been processed, and our systems are working through the remainder. Until this completes, some transaction details retrieved through the Payments API can be incomplete or out of date.

A fix has been identified and implemented, we are continuing to monitor recovery.

Investigating

We’re aware of an issue affecting the retrieval of some transactions. Some requests to retrieve transaction details may be slow or fail.

Payment processing is not affected. Payments are being processed as normal.

Our team is investigating and we’ll share another update shortly.
