Dear Valued Customer,

Notification of required maintenance window for Acquired.com.

Following a platform incident which occurred on 7th December 2020, we were required to failover to our Secondary Data Center to restore processing services. This notification is to confirm that we will be reverting back to our Primary Data Center between 04:00:00 GMT and 06:00:00 GMT on Saturday 12th December 2020.


What services will be impacted?

During this period, there will be limited interruption to services and we anticipate we will need to take the platform off-line for approximately 10 minutes in order to facilitate the migration. Areas that will be directly affected within the 10 minute window:

Card API [auth_only, auth_capture, capture, void, credit]
Banking API [beneficiary_new & pay_out]
HPP [auth_only & auth_capture]
Hub API [POST & GET]
Hub
Webhooks [transaction_outcome, account_updater, dispute_new, fraud_new]

There are no required changes from your side.
